runecrafting = 13.677k to level 66
make 1k earth runes with earth gloves from fist of guthix. make the remainder with 1 trip of death runes. earth altar is located in varrock west, near sawmill and road to limestone quarry. wear earth tiara. I will need to get earth altar teleports to make the trip quicker. reached 66 runecrafting, can now make 7x air runes. 

summoning = 13.970k to level 64
turn in pengy points and apply to summoning. 13 pengy points gave me 20.475k. reached 64 summoning, can now make stranger plant pouches.
